In the bottom-left corner of the screen, you can see Fill/Stroke labels are overlapping a spin edit field, which is itself hanging over a separator and partially obscuring the "Toggle current layer visibility" button. This is causing some minor layout issues as well. For instance, the treeview on the left side of the preferences panel has text that is the correct size, but has tiny expand/collapse handles. The icons throughout the interface are unrecognizably tiny. In the attached screenshot, the text and scrollbars are the expected size. Some UI elements scale as expected, but many don't. If I connect my laptop to an external monitor (1920x1080, no UI scaling), the entire UI displays as expected. They appear to be the same size as they would be if I had the UI scaling set to 100%. Some parts of the Inkscape UI, however don't appear to be scaling themselves. I have the UI scale set to 250% in Windows' display properties panel. I am using a HP ZBook Studio G3 laptop, whose screen has a native resolution of 3840x2160 (4K UHD). This problem can be seen by simply launching Inkscape on a system with a high-resolution screen and Windows' UI scaling enabled.
